It has the nations 10th largest highway network and is within a one day drive of 50% of the population of North America and 70% of the its manufacturing capacity. To the north Lake Erie gives Ohio 312 miles of coastline which allows for numerous seaports. Nicknamed the "Mother of Presidents" Ohio has sent seven of its native sons to the White House. An especially good place to retire for those seeking the presidency.
