The private road entrance leading to the gated Gold Tree community insures residents of security and privacy. Although Gold Tree is in the middle of thriving, growing east Manatee County, one feels like it is in the country as three sides of community are surrounded by wetlands/tree nursery.
Located 3 miles from I-75, Gold Tree is in the heart of new roads leading to Tampa, Sarasota and Naples. Gold Tree was built surrounding a lake and has the feel of a small Florida town for 55+ residents.
Gold Tree is resident-owned. Small pets are welcome throughout the park.
Gold Tree has a very active social life centering on the 15,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with Olympic-size heated pool with separate spa facing the lake. Three tennis courts, 12 shuffleboard courts & 2 horseshoe pits complete the recreation area. The large clubhouse insures that dinner/dance events with a live band give everyone room to dance. Residents enjoy playing cards, weekly Bingo, golf, tennis, Saturday morning coffee, playing pool in the billiards room, and planned monthly social events.
Gold Tree's monthly maintenance fee includes 99 channels of cable TV, complete lawn maintenance, garbage pick-up twice weekly, and all water and sewer. |
