Woodside Manor offers a unique combination of independent and “assisted” living for our tenants. We provide three nutritional and balanced meals per day (plus a snack in the evening), limited laundry and housekeeping services. Our three Manors are connected to each other on both floors, as well as connected to the nursing home. Each tenant has the privacy of a complete apartment. There are two elevators in each building, plus the stairways for those who prefer exercise.
Woodside Manor is a licensed Class C CBRF (Community Based Residential Facility) which provides support services above the level of room and board. Woodside Manor staff is able to offer assistance in many areas, such as supervising medications, assistance with bathing and/or dressing, etc. The Health Care Assistants are on duty 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, to assist the tenants. Also, very important, is the fact that, because they are connected to the nursing home, licensed professional staff is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, should the need arise for professional assistance.
